Refund policy

All Sales Final

Every Reelgrip is handmade to order in Wadsworth, Ohio. Because of that, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than the two below.

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Email us at Reelgrip@raydarrubber.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the shipping box if it was crushed or torn

We'll send a replacement or refund the damaged items at our discretion. We don't need the damaged grip back.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped the wrong color, size, or product, that's on us. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We'll send the correct item at no charge. You can keep what we sent by mistake.

What "All Sales Final" Means

  • We don't accept returns for wrong color choice, wrong size choice, change of mind, or "didn't fit my reel"
  • We don't process exchanges. If you want a different color, place a new order.
  • We don't refund shipping charges on any order.
  • Sale items, promotional items, and items purchased with a discount code are non-refundable.
